Eligibility Criteria for SSC CGL 2024
The eligibility criteria for SSC CGL 2024 include specific age limits and educational qualifications for different posts. Generally, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Here are some detailed educational qualifications for specific roles:

Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any subject; desirable qualifications include CA/CS/MBA/Cost & Management Accountant/Masters in Commerce or Business Studies.
Junior Statistical Officer (JSO): Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics in Class 12th or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Statistics as a subject.
Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s degree with Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): Bachelor’s degree; desirable qualification includes a minimum one-year research experience.
The age limits for various posts are as follows:

18-27 years: Auditor, Accountant, Junior Accountant, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Upper Division Clerks, Tax Assistant, Sub-Inspector, Inspector Posts.
18-30 years: Assistant, Tax Assistant.
20-27 years: Assistant Section Officer.
20-30 years: Assistant, Sub Inspector, Inspector (Central Excise), Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant/Superintendent, Inspector of Income Tax, Divisional Accountant, Assistant Enforcement Officer.
Up to 30 years: Sub Inspector, Junior Statistical Officer.
Up to 32 years: Sub Inspector.
